Why should I buy separates over a combined system?

Most separates systems offer better performance and flexibility over the standard mini systems and all in one systems.

I want music in my kitchen and bedroom what do I do?

All of our stores are trained in the art of Custom Installation. Whether its adding a second set of speakers in another room or installing music in every room combined with automation of pictures, lights, heating and security we can do it! Do your staff really know what they’re talking about, there are so many products around?

Our staff are all fully trained. Both in house or by the manufacturers whose products we sell. They also spend lots of time listening to the products and you can be sure they’ll put together the best system that will fulfil your requirements.

Why are your stores closed on Mondays?

Hey, we have to have some time off!!! We also use this day for meetings and training.

Where is my nearest store?

We have stores all over the South of England, Wales and the North West. Use the "Store Finder" button above to locate your nearest store. Alternatively you can shop on line using our on-line store.

Can I listen and view before I buy?

Sure, we think you should. Call into any of our stores, they all have hifi and home cinema demonstration rooms. It's best to call beforehand to make sure the products that you wish to listen too are available and to book a time.

Can I bring in my own music and films?

Whilst all the stores have a selection of demonstration discs its always good to listen to music that you are familiar with on your own system. Feel free to bring in your discs - we always like to hear other music - and we will be delighted to play them. And don’t worry we’ve had Des O’Connor and the Singing Postman before… you wont be the first!!! On the subject of films the same applies. We will be delighted to show your films (although we are not permitted to show Region 1 DVD discs).

How can I pay for goods?

We accept Cash, cheques and most major Credit and Debit cards. Bonus Bonds are also accepted, or we can help you with our credit facilities.

Do you buy in old equipment?

We may part exchange Cyrus or Naim Audio products. Please ask your local store for a quotation.

Your service is great, I love the products, but I can buy it cheaper elsewhere.

Can I take a product home to dem it?

We can arrange for home demonstrations on most products, subject to status.

Can I purchase goods mail order?

We are happy to mail order most products with the exception of products marked 'Collection Only' on our web site. These items can only be collected from in store. If you wish to mail order an item, you can do so directly through our web site, or alternatively you can contact your nearest store to arrange an item to be mailed to you. Payment can be made via cheque (although a cheque must be fully cleared before goods can be despatched), or via a credit or debit card. We can give you advice and technical support over the phone or via email.

Can I buy from Overseas?

We do not currently offer an export service to new customers outside of the UK.

How long is my guarantee?

We offer an inclusive 3 year guarantee on all new hi-fi separates* the first 2 years of which are transferable to another BADA dealer should you move. Style systems carry a two year guarantee. Everything else, including DVD players, carries the manufacturer’s guarantee and most of them now offer two years. To back this up we offer you an after sales service you can count on. Not only to repair anything that might go wrong but also to answer on-going technical queries or to call round if there’s a problem you can’t sort out yourself (subject to distance).
*Excluding consumables such as drive belts, laser assemblies, stylii and lamps.

What if I take it home and don’t like it?

We are happy to let you change any goods you have bought within 10 days (for something of equal or greater value) if you are not satisfied. We will also let you upgrade to a more expensive product within 30 days, again at no cost penalty (subject to the goods being returned as sold). This excludes any items specifically ordered on your behalf.

What if something goes wrong?

Bring it back to us. If, unfortunately, something has gone wrong within a reasonable time of purchase we will exchange it for you. If its under guarantee we will endeavour to repair it as soon as possible and lend you another machine whilst yours is away (only for customers visiting the store).

What if I move away from home, do I have to bring my equipment back to you?

Because we are members of BADA, if you move over 30 miles from home your guarantee is transferable to another BADA dealer. Just take the equipment and your receipt and they’ll get it sorted for you.
